The doors and shutters can be custom-made, but also tailored to individual needs, especially considering their distinctive appearance. The images show several special versions that Corton has designed and built according to customer specifications. As you can see, with proper consultation, much is possible.

Multi-layer coating system

Corton uses a high-quality multi-layer coating system. After the galvanized surface has been carefully polished, a bonding process is applied. An epoxy base coat is then applied, and the process is finished with a powder coating in a select RAL color.

A single-layer coating is available as an alternative. This is widely used due to its lower price, but for quality reasons, we strongly advise against this option.

Bars: galvanized, coated in color or stainless steel

For exclusive horse stalls, Corton offers the option of installing galvanized bars in a frame coated in a RAL color. It's also possible to powder-coat the bars in the same or a different RAL color. For a truly exclusive finish, Corton can also install stainless steel bars.
