Group housing for horses

We focus on safety, quality, and ease of use. These core values are reflected in the standard specifications of our group housing for horses. By using unique profiles and high-quality materials, we create durable and robust stable walls that meet the highest standards.

Our pens are available in two versions: Standard and Professional.

Equipped with a practical sliding door (left or right) with automatic bar locking.
Specially rolled U-profile 50 x 40 x 2.5 mm or 55 x 60 x 2.5 mm (Standard) or unique closed double-walled profile 55 x 50 x 2 mm or 55 x 60 x 2 mm (Professional).
Wall height: 2200 mm (Standard) / 2300 mm (Professional).
Feed opening width: 320 mm.
With bars Ø28 mm, outer bars Ø42.4 mm and 53 mm distance between the bars.
500 mm high Govaplast recycled plastic boards (28 mm or 38 mm).
Strong ROB® rail with solid cast rail brackets and adjustable tandem roller system. Includes plastic floor guides.
The door opening is equipped with a continuous steel frame, providing extra stability and long-lasting strength.

With the many additional options and finishing possibilities, you can fully customize the group housing with an open-stable structure. Through exclusive custom-made solutions, it can be perfectly matched to the rest of your stable — creating a barn that is not only practical but also exudes class and elegance.

There are many options for the stall panel infill. You can choose from plastic in various colors, bamboo, oak, hardwood, or oiled hardwood. This ensures that the panel always perfectly matches the desired look of your stable.
Our pens are available in various designs — from a wall with a door to a fixed wall or a fully rotating wall — depending on your stable layout and specific requirements.
The door also offers several options, including a solid version, one with feeding openings, or a single or double mini door. In addition, the sliding door can be replaced with a hinged door.
For an exclusive horse stall, Corton also offers the option to powder-coat the stalls in any RAL color. We use a high-quality multi-layer coating system.
