Specifications

Partition "Standard"

We focus on safety, quality and ease of use. These core values are reflected in the standard specifications of our partitions. Thanks to the use of unique profiles and high-quality materials, we create durable and robust stable walls that meet the highest standards.

These partitions are available from stock in lengths of 3000 or 3500 mm.

Unique rolled U-profile of 55 x 50 x 2 mm or 60 x 60 x 2 mm.
Height of stall front: 2200 mm.
Upper section with bars Ø22 x 2 mm and 53 mm distance between the bars, or fully closed with Govaplast recycled plastic boards (28 mm or 38 mm).
The fully closed partition can be supplied from stock with a viewing grille (435 x 435 mm).

Specifications

Partition "Professional"

In addition to the standard partitions, we also offer a “Professional” version, which can be fully customized to your specific requirements.

These partitions are available from stock in lengths of 3000 or 3500 mm.

Unique closed double-walled profile of 55 x 50 x 2 mm or 60 x 60 x 2 mm.
Height of the stall front: 2300 mm.
Upper section with bars Ø28 x 2 mm and 53 mm distance between the bars, or fully closed with Govaplast recycled plastic boards (28 mm or 38 mm).
The fully closed partition can be supplied from stock with a viewing grille (435 x 435 mm).

Partitions

Additional options

There are many options for the stall panel infill. You can choose from plastic in various colors, bamboo, oak, hardwood, or oiled hardwood. This ensures that the panel always perfectly matches the desired look of your stable.
For an exclusive horse stall, Corton also offers the option to powder-coat the stalls in any RAL color. We use a high-quality multi-layer coating system.
In combination with a powder coating, the wall can be fitted with stainless steel bars or galvanized bars.
Complete the partition with a single or double horizontal decorative board.
For optimal air circulation and improved dust removal, the lower section can be fitted with boards with ventilation slots.
To promote social contact and reduce feed-related aggression, one meter of the bar section can be closed with boards. The privacy panel is available in various designs.
